Paintings of characters , oil painting and watercolors
Imaginary or real characters, the human representation is also part of my graphic interests. I better design the character in action than the classic standing portrait: my subjects are rather people who represent today’s world, but are also characters from ancient and modern mythologies. The paintings of some great classical masters are for me great sources of inspiration and I like to interpret them with a free contemporary manner, with watercolours. The human body seen as a new geography, a landscape to explore, interests me too. Some portraits are realized according to meetings.
